I stopped by to get pricing in the area. My husband's job (Nan Ya) was considering transferring him. The one bedrooms were so big, and that closet. I was seeing hearts. The office lady (Heaven, Heather, Hellen.... something like that) who took us to see the model was so nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our 500 questions with a smile. I have lived here since Aug 2025. The new manager Heather is doing a great job! If and when I have an issue, I just send her email and she handles it as soon as she can. Past managers could never(been in Wharton my whole life). Maintenance lives on the property. It's calm and quite here. Much nicer than it was 10-15 years ago. Way to go Heather!
