I have lived at Briar pointe for going on two years now. So far the prices of rent have been very economical. As well as the units space and layouts are fantastic and cleaned well. Although the appliances are not new, They are very durable. Management is very straightforward, knowledgeable, consistent and fair. Maintenance has been some of the best apartment maintenance workers I’ve ever encountered. The grounds stay clean and free from major debris.
