The property has had some nice updates. There is 2 tone paint and wood look flooring inside as they are made ready to move in. The outside paint was updated. 2 pools were resurfaced and painted. And I hear there are more updates to come.
The updated apartments look very nice. I can’t wait to get moved in.
I currently live here while going to school at the Junor College. It is nice and quiet here. The apartment is big! I wasn't expecting all the room, the nice paint, and the big walk in closet is awesome. People here have been really nice and seem to look out for each other. I left my keys in my door and woke up the next day to find them still in the door and nothing happened. You can't say that in places I lived in in Houston.
