Don’t look after their patients, only care about money and try and up charge you as much as they can. Had a veneer done which was guaranteed to last a number of years, when it cracked and I went back to get it replaced they said the guarantee was void because the dentist doesn’t work there anymore! Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Briar meads is a great dentist, it has helped me when I needed it. When it comes to treating kids, this dentist is fantastic; when I bring my son here once in a while, they always hand him a sticker after his appointment. I’m very happy with this dentist as I have been going for years and hopefully, that will not change.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always call to enquire a day before appointment if you can still make appointment or wish to rearrange. Easy to reschedule appointments. Best dentist I’ve ever had

Really impressed by the quality of treatment and professionalism of all the staff at Briar meads, right though from reception colleagues to the dental treatment you feel valued and involved in all aspects of your care, it really is next level compared to my previous dental practice. If could give six stars I would.

I found the service provided was very good. As someone who is nervous about attending the dentist, I was reassured and put at ease, everything was explained to me. At no time did I feel rushed or that my questions were irrelevant. Everyone was kind and friendly the receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist himself. Thank you so much.
