Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always call to enquire a day before appointment if you can still make appointment or wish to rearrange. Easy to reschedule appointments. Best dentist I’ve ever had

Really impressed by the quality of treatment and professionalism of all the staff at Briar meads, right though from reception colleagues to the dental treatment you feel valued and involved in all aspects of your care, it really is next level compared to my previous dental practice. If could give six stars I would.

I found the service provided was very good. As someone who is nervous about attending the dentist, I was reassured and put at ease, everything was explained to me. At no time did I feel rushed or that my questions were irrelevant. Everyone was kind and friendly the receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist himself. Thank you so much.

Just on a post-visit walk as the numbness wears off from a filling on a chipped tooth, the dentist was calming and efficient, and the assistant wanted to be sure she had mixed the errr ‘compound’(?) correctly. My anxiety was lifted pre-proceedure by a head appearing through a hatch, and then subsequently downing the post-proceedure mouthwash instead of spitting it out .. As a patient for several years here everyone ( receptionists, dentists, assistants, and my hygienist Victoria) have been excellent.
