I stopped in at the very last moment of the day on a Saturday, just to see if they really were open, and the lovely baker stayed to help me. The cupcakes were delicious (and a hit at the baby shower I brought them to -- best thing there), and the macaron I ate myself was even better. I can't wait for the next occasion that calls for a cake, I'll definitely go for a custom order here. Absolutely recommended for any event where you want to impress your guests and enjoy eating your cake.
The most delicious cake! I absolutely loved everything we ordered from briar & main. We got a cookie butter mini cake and it was the best cake we have ever had. Typically not a huge cake person but it was so amazing. The owner was so accommodating, easy to work with and kind throughout the whole process! The turn around time for a custom cake was also extremely fast. The little store front is also adorable and convinced us to pick up some other goodies! We will definitely be back!

Alia designed, prepared, delivered and set up my daughter’s bespoke wedding cake following the Halloween theme. We were so pleased with how it turned out and got many compliments from the guests on its design and deliciousness. I can’t wait to have another occasion to challenge Alia again with a new theme to see what she creates!
Ordered a cake for my husband’s 30th birthday party and was not disappointed! The cake looked awesome and tasted even better. We’ll definitely be ordering more cakes in the future!
