This is actually in my proximity but I was so nicely surprised by the host, the lovely bread that must have been homemade as it was just why it was there, and. It worked. The view is delightful. The one staff I intermediated with was nice but not forthcoming nor indulgent to one’s surroundings nor its nature. Can’t dwell on this though. Delightful accommodation close to Launceston airport, stayed one night for an early flight the next morning. Wishing we could’ve stayed longer!
We had a brief but lovely overnight stay in unit 1 at Briar Lane. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It didn’t feel like staying in hotel or an airbnb, it was like walking into an old friend’s home. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our Tasmanian adventure.. We’re planning on returning next year and will ensure that on our list of things to enjoy, is a longer stay at Briar Lane.
A lovely place in a gorgeous village. Everything supplied, even a loaf of bread. The best accommodation we stayed in in our 3 week stay in Tasmania.
Susan and Peter have such an amazing little spot. The accommodation had so much character and such a warm and welcoming ambiance. Beautiful raked roofs and vintage styled interior. I can't express how much I like the accommodation style. It was such a better experience than a hotel. I'd choose Susan's and Peter's accommodation every time.
