Beautiful building + very nice residents. BUT, some Board members are unwelcoming + rigidly closed- minded. Condo Management is robotic, inexperienced + incompetent.

$1200 a month HOA?. I don't care how great this place it. This fee is simply outrageous and totally unjustified. And fire the lobby attendant.
