I changed this from a 1star to a 3 stars. They crew was on time, quiet, but friendly enough. They missed a couple of spots. The pressure was probably just a little to high on the blower. Carol still gets 1 star. Carol was very rude and inconsiderate when I called about some bare spots in the yard after hydroseed. I'm not sure if she thinks that her clients don't have anything to do or what. She wanted me to calibrate my sprinkler system by putting out empty tuna cans on the yard. I was super happy when I called Briar Group and they were going to be able to get us in within a few days to hydroseed our yard because they were already going to be in our area. Carol called the day of saying there was an issue with the truck and they wouldn't be able to make it out that day. She said she would call when she knew when, hopefully within a day or two.
