I was super happy when I called Briar Group and they were going to be able to get us in within a few days to hydroseed our yard because they were already going to be in our area. Carol called the day of saying there was an issue with the truck and they wouldn't be able to make it out that day. She said she would call when she knew when, hopefully within a day or two. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding costumer service and product(s). We have been struggling to get our hydroseed to grow (its been over 3 months now) and it is no fault to the hydroseeders. Briar Group, Carol has gone over and beyond to help us out with taking my calls to complain and for advice. She has provided us with over $250.00 worth of extra seed and fertilizer at no extra cost plus many hours of advice and education for us to try and fix our areas.
