I lived at this complex from 2019 to 2024. My wife and I had our first child while living there. Briar Glen Village is located in a convenient area in proximity to interstate highway, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail malls - worthy of mention is the walking distance to Pizzi Farm ice cream and food market. The complex is well maintained and my dog loved the ample grassy areas. Management addresses concerns timely and fairly. Highly recommend!
The townhouses are well designed so you don't share a common wall, therefore quiet within one's living space. The management and maintenance staff is superb--they are attentive, friendly and have more than gone the extra mile to meet my needs and desires. I haven't lived in an apartment complex for 40 years and so was pleasantly surprised to find this gem.
There is often power outage at this complex during hot days or cold. All wires to this complex are old and cause long hours of power outage.
I have lived here for ~7 months and it's my favorite place I've lived so far. The staff is very friendly and responsive, I have kind neighbors, and my apartment is very quiet. The area is very well maintained and there's lots of space to go for a walk. It’s central to a ton of places and incredibly safe. Would highly recommend!
