Overpriced for the poor quality of life out here, and that's not even including the active rodent infestation (see photo)!! Management has been poor about responding to this current issue and other issues including neighbor conflicts, property damage and police incidents. The noise isolation is atrocious, it's way to easy to hear conversations, footsteps and all other noises from neighbors in the townhouse due to the flooring. I am eagerly awaiting to move out when my lease is up.
Guys, this place is awful. Seriously. When you’re moving in, they lie to you about everything. Look, once you’re living here, whenever someone upstairs uses water or the toilet, you can hear everything in your room. So be careful if you’re thinking about moving here.
I have lived here at Briar Glenn since last June . It’s quiet , peaceful , landscaping is very nice , maintenance always responds fast , clean , close to everything and very , very nice people are your neighbors. The dogs within the complex are all friendly . I highly recommend living here . It’s worth every penny
My husband and I lived at Briar Glen for over 10 years. It was a wonderful experience. The property is well kept and quiet. Tim, the property manager along with the staff do their best to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. They are professional and caring. Don't hesitate to rent here.
I lived at this complex from 2019 to 2024. My wife and I had our first child while living there. Briar Glen Village is located in a convenient area in proximity to interstate highway, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail malls - worthy of mention is the walking distance to Pizzi Farm ice cream and food market. The complex is well maintained and my dog loved the ample grassy areas. Management addresses concerns timely and fairly. Highly recommend!
