These guys know their shit! Everyone i dealt with from the office to the guys on the ground were professional, timely, and personable. No hesitation to answer questions about the new system. They even leveled out the yard perfectly after they were done, no landscaping needed , just sod. The electrician wiring the new pump and control box was awesome. The people at Brian’s Septic Service were without a doubt AMAZING! From the receptionist who scheduled the appointment right away to the men who came out and cleaned the tank. I am in awe of how smooth the process was, how quickly they responded, and how professional and knowledgeable they are. I will be using them for all of my septic needs from here on out. My sincere thanks to Mason for his recommendations and advice on how to keep the septic system healthy and working properly!

The folks from Brian's Septic were very communicative in letting us know exactly when they were going to show up for a pump out. Jake and Mason were very professional and actually gave me a rundown of my system (my first time actually seeing it) and gave me all the info I asked for regarding what to look for if I suspect any issues. I'll be calling Brian's anytime I need septic service in the future and will probably ask for the same team that helped me today.

Kenny and his assistant were amazing. They were early, personable, and professional. They found the problem and Kenny talked to the manufactoring home company (who did not think it was their problem). He was polite and explained they had piped the hookup to the wrong place. The Co. Immediately fixed it and paid for the work Brian's team did, saving me some money. Thank you!

Jake and "little" Brian provided excellent service and knowledge. They were timely and answered my multitude of questions with patience and thoroughness. I would highly recommend this company and particularly this hard-working team! They were also great with my dogs, which is always a plus in my book :)
