Excellent experience with Brian. When dropping off my coach and speaking with him for less than a minute I knew that he was a pro and my coach would be in good capable hands. These folks complaining must be soft. You'll see that no one complains about his abilities and expertise here in the reviews, they just complain because he didn't give off fishing buddy vibes and invite them over for supper. Other negative reviews are 100% accurate. Without provocation Brian is extremely rude and insulting. Unfortunately, it may be health driven, but it is t an excuse to treat people that way. Unless you are OK with being completely disrespected when trying to get your RV fixed, stay away from this place.
