Other negative reviews are 100% accurate. Without provocation Brian is extremely rude and insulting. Unfortunately, it may be health driven, but it is t an excuse to treat people that way. Unless you are OK with being completely disrespected when trying to get your RV fixed, stay away from this place.
Called Brian to fix some issues on my RV generator. He was very pleasant to work with and got me scheduled and good to go asap. Very pleased with the service!

Was the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. Brian scolded me for not thanking him for being willing to look at my rv. When I tried to discuss my issues, he cut me off bluntly and didn't want to hear a word. When I asked where he was located, he could not have been more rude. I can only imagine what I would have been in for had I brought my rv to him. In complete shock, I finally hung up on him. You should believe all the one star reviews
As others have said Brian called me back quickly. I ended up taking my work to him to have him fix my issue. That is were the good ended. As I was telling him what was going wrong he cut he off and informed me that he was the technician and I was not. Okay. I was only trying to tell him what the problem was and what I had previously done to try and fix the issue.
