Our transmission went out a few miles from here. The lady that answered the phone, Jessica, was super helpful and understanding. They had it diagnosed within a couple of hours of it getting there so we could decide what to do. She was communicative about what was going on, and made it easy to ask questions. She was very knowledgeable, and we left our suburban there to drive home 600 miles away with no qualms. I was driving back to Iowa after pheasant hunting in South Dakota several weeks ago and my Suburban broke down. I ended up at Brian's Repair in Elk Point, SD and they were beyond awesome! Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who drove my buddy and I to the Enterprise Car Rental dealership in Sioux City so we could make it back home. Jessica is an absolute angel and we were so very grateful for her kindness and help!! My car is now running great, thanks to the wonderful mechanics at Brian's Repair. You all are the Best!
