Brian was amazing! He went above and beyond. Fixed everything and boy was it a long list. What more could we ask for. Exceptional work and great prices. As far as the comments below where they say he doesn’t answer I have to disagree the only time he doesn’t answer is when he’s probably working on another camper. He DOES call back and communicates. We seriously can’t say enough good about him.
Brian seems nice, he came over to fix some leaking water lines in my camper, it looked like he fixed the issue so I paid him and he left. Shortly after I went to check on it and the water lines were leaking again. I called him and he told me I would have to wait 3-4 days before he would come back. I never heard from him the day he was supposed to return so I ended up buying the correct tool for the job and fixed it myself.
Made an appointment for mobile service a week in advance with Brian personally. He never showed or called. Not good for business!
Broke down on a Sunday and texted Brian. Even though he was closed, he texted right back. He was prepared to cancel an appointment in the morning to come to us. However, my spouse was on another phone and lined someone up at the same time. Even though we did not use Brian, I am very pleased with his responsiveness and willingness to help.
