Made an appointment for mobile service a week in advance with Brian personally. He never showed or called. Not good for business!
Broke down on a Sunday and texted Brian. Even though he was closed, he texted right back. He was prepared to cancel an appointment in the morning to come to us. However, my spouse was on another phone and lined someone up at the same time. Even though we did not use Brian, I am very pleased with his responsiveness and willingness to help.
After storm damage the roof on our Gray Wolf was damaged and needed to be replaced. Brian did a great job within the fair price quoted. I think it's better than it was from the factory. All work done in a timely manner and best of all no surprises. Thankyou!
