At first I was a little frustrated because they were 1 1/2 hrs late, but they did call twice to let me know about the delay and update me with an ETA. The job they did cleaning my carpeting was amazing. I have light colored carpets that were very dirty and they look amazing now--clean and more plush. Dear Brian, Just wanted to tell you that Gary and Mark did an awesome job on cleaning my carpets on June 19, 2012. You have been cleaning my carpets for quite a few years and this particular job is the best that I've had done. My family room carpet looked ready to be replaced, but now it looks "almost" new, so I can get another year out of it for sure. All of the carpets in my house is now 10 years old, but looks amazingly good with no buckling anywhere yet. Anyway - thanks to your employees for a jobe well done! Linda
