We had Brian come out to deep clean all of the carpets in our new home before we moved in, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The previous owner had a cat, there were a few stains from moving, and overall the carpets just needed some attention. We used Brian’s for a post construction deep clean and floor cleaning in June 2025 after completing major renovations to our home, and we were unsatisfied and disappointed with their work. Floors were left dirty (We did a wipe down afterwards with a paper towel in multiple areas to check.) Other areas we specifically requested be treated as high-priority items, including the empty kitchen cabinet interiors, areas in the bathroom, the baseboards, etc. were also not cleaned well.
