BEWARE!!!! I am a Board Member for our 48 home HOA complex. We hired Brian's Pool Plastering in February 2024 to replace our pool coping on our community pool. The initial bid was $27,215.00. After numerous change orders, the total came out to $64,915.00. The project manager, Anthony, was the most incompetent person I've ever worked with and I have construction jobsite experience. We're very happy with the complete remodel of our pool done by Brian's Pool Plastering. The pool was built about 25 years ago and very little maintenance had been done by the previous owners, so we decided to do a complete remodel. I got 4 bids for the job, and the range was pretty wide. Brian's Pool Plastering wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either.
