Support the local small business they said ..... I had, actually still have little leak from my Worcester Combi Boiler. Son of the owner came around and with 90% confidence that this will be the problem quoted me £250 for fix of the leak , adding shock arrestor and service. Next day another person came around and "fix" the problem. After 45 minutes he confirmed the part he changed- £20 flow turbine adaptor was completely broken and that the problem is sorted. I called for a quote on a job to be carried out and as requested sent photos of the job need doing., They never got back to me even after trying to call again and never responded to my messages. Not professional and shows no courtesy!
