Called to ask a question about if they had received a call from my law breaking landlord. The sleazy secretary at brians lock and key got all rude and very unprofessional. Sticking her nose where it didnt belong and said she was a landlord to and that she would be more than glad to help my landlord break back into my apartment though the state of Virginia locked her out. Honey, I suggest you read the laws before you end up in jail like my landlord for lying in court sleezebag.
Brian’s saved us. Our Thule was jammed up with our oldest’s luggage on move-in day at VaTech. They opened it up no problem. I cannot recommend them more. Great service, nice guys.
