For people in Minnesota. DO NOT USE Brain's Insulation out of Insanti, Minnesota. They use the wrong size for plugs. So when they are done you have to replace your siding. I wish that we had seen this before we hired them. We called the Better Business Bureau. Which is a joke. You can pay them money, and if someone has a complaint about their work or business it doesn't matter. Because they paid them to have a good status. What a joke. Again don't use them. One of the best customer service experiences we have every had. The office staff are very responsive and helpful. Our estimator, Travis, came to our house within a day of us calling. He provided an estimate promptly and answered all of our questions. The workers came to our house early on the installation day, were very courteous and did a fantastic job. Travis followed up to make sure we were happy and then billed us what he said he would. Couldn't ask for any better experience. Needless to say, I would highly recom... read more
