My mother had taken her 2016 Jeep Compass to this shop. Before it was taken it had a brand new battery put in it but when it returns the battery was missing the shot refuses to take any responsibility for it. Because I'm a woman he didn't think that I knew what I was talking about and insisted that it needed a new motor. They did not do the compression test like I requested and I told them about the code that it had on it which was for an electronic throttle body.
