I installed a mini-split. I needed someone to vacuum the line set and release the pre-charged refrigerant. Unless they install it, they won't do it. I asked do you mean you don't service anything that you don't install. She said that isn't what she said. I'm pretty sure that is what she said. Anyway, I'll find someone for this and all my A/C needs (I have a few units around the property). Bye bye
Absolutely worst place. Company cost me $3000 in flooring repairs due to a faulty float switch in the condensate line. Owner said he would personally show up to check out everything else with the system...... And he never showed. Called him a couple of weeks later because the HVAC still wasn't performing the way it should. *Side note the house is brand new and still within it's one year warranty.
