Total Bait & Switch. No other way to describe. Sales representative was very sweet, respectful, helpful, accommodating. Quoted 6or7 different LVPs. Was clear that 2 of the samples (calacatta look & white painted pine) were $3.38sf. Jeremy quoted it at $4.62sf & claims that’s a deal bc “retail is $5.58sf.” Just doesn’t feel right. If you notice they also don’t put any measurements or quantities on the quote…again…just doesn’t feel right. He also measured the room innaccurately by 15sf before he added extra for waste material…... read more

Brian’s flooring was the absolute best! From the customer service, the installation, the timeliness of it all, it was such a great experience. We went from 20+ year old carpet to stunning LVP!
Very bad experience with Brian's would not tell anyone to use them I am a very unhappy customer I'm sorry I ever went to them
