Updated review: After my first complaint, the manager contacted me and kept his word to make things right. Brian's Emergency Water Heaters sent a different plumbing crew, and they were professional, respectful, and much easier to work with. We originally hired them to clear a clogged drain in my mom’s house, and there was confusion about the drain access and the recommended plumbing work.
