After reaching out to several plumbers with no luck, Wayne was the only one who responded quickly and was able to fit me into his schedule the very next day. I called Brian's Emergency Water Heaters this morning and right away, I could tell I was talking to someone friendly—she really sounded happy to help. I had a leaking pipe and was worried after getting a big water bill.
