I wanted to share our experience after having a plumber come out to clear the main drain line. The clog was fixed and everything was working well, but not long after, we noticed a similar drainage problem again. The company stood behind their plumbing service guarantee and sent someone back the very next day to inspect the line and take care of the issue. Pedro was excellent on both visits. He was professional, friendly, and explained the drain situation in a simple way. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was ... read more
words can’t fully express how thankful i am for the plumbing team. I called on a saturday morning after trying around 20 other plumbers and getting no call back. I figured they might be too far away, and with it being a busy holiday weekend i was really stressed because my hot water tank had burst. They got back to me within minutes and were very skilled. Since i couldn’t clearly describe the unit, i sent a few pictures, and they quickly knew exactly what water heater and parts were needed. Even though i was in Lakewood and... read more

The toilet kept running because of a bad valve handle, and the shutoff valve at the wall would not turn off, so the water flow would not stop. He replaced the needed plumbing parts and got everything working again in under an hour and a half. The repair was done neatly, and it was clear he kn... read more
When my water heater started leaking badly, my husband was out of town, so I had to deal with the plumbing issue on my own. I usually do not like handling this kind of water heater problem by myself, but Brian's Emergency Water Heaters made the whole repair and replacement process easy and low stress. They scheduled me quickly, and Wayne and Charles arrived promptly to inspect the unit and get everything replaced and running again in no time. They clearly explained my options, answered my questions, and gave helpful recomme... read more
