I have had enough. Their prices are always HIGH! My truck still has problems starting. All they say I need is my battery cables and connectors replaced. Over $200 for wires! Time to try the place around the corner from them! Tried to support local business but what's the use when you struggling yourself in this tough economy! Shouldn't have to make two car payments every time you have to repair something! And one star is because it wouldn't let me submit the review without a star!
I recommend this shop to all my friends and family that need any type of work done. I have always had a good experience. They are all friendly and get the job done. They always try to explain to me what work needs to be done, even if I dont always know what they are talking about (I'm car illiterate). They are honest, good people and I dont plan on going anywhere else. And an added bonus, if the job may take awhile, so as I'm not sitting there for hours, they take me home and pick me up when the job is done.....how awesome i... read more
This place is excellent. They helped me out when my tire was acting up. I don't know much about tires. He helped me get what I needed and on my way fast! He made the process quick and easy!
I don't really know what else there is to say aside from these are good people. I was having some brake issues with my Ford, so I called in and set up an appointment with Brian. I work kind of long hours, so convenience was important to me. Not only was I in and out in less time than I expected, but they were also super honest with me and told me what I needed done now, what I'll need done in the near future, and a few things that I'll need to take care of within the next 12 months or so. Replaced my power steering pump and was a pleasure to do business with. I will bring my vehicles here anytime. Brian is very nicec and went out of his way to assiste with this matter.
I had a great experience w/ this shop--they worked through systematically w/ the 20-year old car's system, going only through necessary and relevant troubleshooting. It took them over five days and many labor hours (that I was not charged for)--and Brian explained everything that they did throughly and in a concise manner.
