We called Brian for a quote to redo the capping on our brush wood fence which Brian installed 15 years ago. The fence is still in excellent condition and with the new capping it looks as good as new. The whole process from measure and quote to finished product took 3 days. The installers, Tristan and Dustan did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully. We are very happy with the process and finished product. Thank you.
A few years ago, Brian did some work which I was very happy with. Now wanting some more work done, I have contacted him again. 4 emails later and 2 phone calls and messages , he has not had the courtesy to respond. In fairness, the first time I called, he was having a minor surgery and said he would get back to me, but didn't , hence the other calls and emails. Now he is either dead or very busy, because it takes no effort to send a text or email saying he can't or doesn't want to do the job. Very disappointing.
Brian's Brushwood fencing looks great. It was constructed with no fuss and on time. Very professional. Highly recommended.
