I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER taking your car to Brian's Body Shop. They denied responsibility of damage done while in their shop. The manager Jim is the most unprofessional and rude service person I have EVER met. I requested THREE times to please have the owner Brian call me to remedy this situation but No response!! I highly recommend you take your business else where!!
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO BRIAN'S! I had the absolute worst experience here and my car ended up being damaged worse than when I dropped it off, with them denying any responsibility for the damages. I originally took my car to Brian's to get my bumper fixed after a hit and run accident because it was one of the shops covered by the insurance. One of the employees there took pictures of my car when he did the estimate for replacing the bumper, but he wouldn't let me drop the car off to be fixed until a week later. No inspec... read more
