We called & he said he would be here at 1:30 p.m. never showed until 6:15 p.m. looked at our problem, said he didn’t have his scope with him & would return the next day at noon. Never showed up or called. Looking for someone else. Horrible customer service.

Brian was helpful and responsive. He answered an after-hours call and successfully extracted the bees from the walls of our garage within 24 hours. He left some honey behind as part of the service -- not the honey from my former co-habitants, but some other lucky customer will get the honey from the bees he relocated from our garage to a local orchard. Thank you!

I had a very aggressive hive in the wall of my house. Had them come and take care of them. They did an awesome job of removing the siding and opening the wall, removing all of the stuff, extracting all of the honey, and getting rid of the bees. They sealed it all back up and it looks great. I highly recommend them.
