I had my oil changed by Big O in Conifer about a month before this review. I noticed oil spots on my garage floor after that oil change and figured something was wrong. I had Brian’s look at it and they discovered the oil drain plug hadn’t been properly tightened 🤦♂️. They were kind enough to not charge me to fix it. They also fixed my wife vehicle that had a similar issue after a similarly botched oil change by Big O. I’ll be taking all of my vehicles to Brian’s from now on.

While on vacation my F150 failed to start while parked in Bailey Colorado. After a few bad words I called a tow service and they picked it up and took it to Brian’s. They folks there were so nice and helpful. They knew I was stranded and the next day they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. By Monday at noon I was called and told things were good. They charged a fair price for getting me back on the road and I am grateful. Thumbs up!
