Well where should we start. They Damaged My Car that's a simple start!!!!! So we filed for Roadside Assistance thru our insurance company roadside assistance phone number as we needed assistance for a lost keys lockout and tow to the dealership so we could get new keys made for the car. Well they showed up with no lockout tools and not even the right tow truck for the vehicle. They say "Damn wrong truck oh well" I'm not going to get the other truck because it would of been 45 minutes back to get the right truck for this car ... read more

This shop is fantastic! We were traveling to St. Louis & broke down at the Litchfield exit. We got towed to their shop and they worked us in & got us back on the highway. Very friendly & great customer service. We highly recommend them!

Brian goes above and beyond for his customers. He came out in the freezing temperatures and switched out a battery for one of our truck's that were stuck on the road. It's no surprise he has been in the industry for over 40 years. Great service! I would highly recommend.
