I had a flat tire the other day and decided to stop by Brian’s Auto Service without an appointment. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took a look right away, found the issue quickly, and had it fixed on the spot. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. Huge thank you to Russ and his team for the excellent service and for making a stressful situation so easy. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, efficient, and reliable auto service.
Don't bother going here if you have any complex issues with your vehicle. They had my jeep for over a month to replace the ball joints and fix a coolant leak. Ball joints were improperly installed and one broke within a year. Had that happened on the highway it would have been catastrophic. At another mechanic they found multiple things that Brian's allegedly replaced, were poorly installed and not very good quality.They also never did fix the coolant leak. Never having this place touch my jeep again.
Friendly, No BS service. Had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed the same day. They could have ( like the stealership) tried to talk me in to completing replacements for both sides of the vehicle but stated other side was fine. Fair price and good service. Would recommend.
After hearing multiple raving reviews from friends of mine, I thought I’d give the guys at Brian’s Auto a shot. They were professional, friendly, and made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on while they were taking care of my truck. They made a point of letting me know what was needed and what can wait, and made recommendations based on honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to visit Brian’s again.
