No good customer service and staff very rudy. When I go over there they said we coming at your home and check out your problem and after when I call back after 3 days and they said we don't wanna do that. I don't wanna give them 1 star.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS. They will charge you a $65.00 fee even when they do nothing, change appointments several times before they actually come see what the problem is, tell you that you need an expensive repair when you actually don't, AND damage your appliances! Below is a picture of the damage one of the repair men did when he came to "see what the problem is". He told us we needed a drain pump and that it would be $140.
