Knowledge of appliances. Organized and neat worker .very friendly.
Brian spent extra time at his own expense to give my dryer a temporary fix until I can have him install a new part. Only 4 stars because I haven't received the bill yet. Crossing my fingers he is as fair as he is thorough.
