Very professional and did a great job cleaning ducts and very thorough. Explained and shown us everything regarding job. Air is pushing great through vents now. I highly recommend this company and would use again in the future. Thank you for your quality work.
I called needing day of service due to an emergency. I was booked for a time. I got a call saying there was no technician and needed to reschedule. I asked if they would check and call me back as I had just booked and they said they would send someone over ASAP. After an hour I called again to follow up and I spoke to a different person who said that the phone call was wrong and I was booked for service. I was impressed with their level of service. They were able to come out and fix my AC unit the same day I called, even though it was late in the evening. Their technician was very friendly and he showed me what was wrong with my air conditioner and taught me how to fix it if it happens again.
