A stylist at a different salon over-texturized my long wavy/curly hair, leaving me with nothing much more than a head full of uncontrollable frizz. She was honest and upfront about what could be done (just by cutting, no product upselling) and what to expect (2/3 visits) to correct and resolve the problem.
