Ordered a well done cheese burger and that is not what I got
I come here every other week with a family member, today we had a server named Ricardo he has been the worst server ever, i received a wrong plate and after we mentioned to another server of the mistake he came back to the table been rude and trying to be a smart A about it, then i asked for coffee and he took like 10 minutes to come back to serve more coffee, we left a $10 tip because we understand thats how this people make some $$ but he really deserved no tip at all, this person should be a little more profesional and re... read more
Staff all over it today. Very polite and hard working. Food excellent as usual. Hot coffee. Hot food all around. Clean restaurant.
I was really impressed with Briana's. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Fantastic menu and large portions. They also have smaller portion options and side options for almost every dish (not listed on the menu, just ask!). The service was seriously one of the best experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. Melanie was a fantastic waitress to our large group. She was very friendly and she brought us everything we needed before we even asked for it. Would definitely go back!
