Our friend from NY referred us to a realtor in SC. She was in upstate SC so she referred us to Briana who services Myrtle Beach area. We met her while vacationing last yr in Myrtle Beach. She showed us new builds, resales & told us some information about a couple of towns near the beach. She said some nice things about Conway. We started our Journey to move south over a year before we actually moved. Long story as short as possible..... 2 trips from PA to Myrtle beach, a delay due to health issues, many, many emails and phone calls, Briana was patient and made sure we were getting all our questions answered. My husband and I hired Briana to assist in the purchase of our home in Myrtle Beach. She was so patient with us. My husband and I have very different tastes in homes, but Briana kept showing us listings until we found something that met the needs of our family. We wanted to purchase a new home, but after looking at several communities and discussing the build time frames, we elected to purchase a resale home. Briana communicated everything clearly throughout the process and made sure we were happy.
Very very rude and unprofessional. Sent an email calling me out of my name and stating very disrespectful things . I will never work with her ever again
