In short, Brian was an amazing realtor. He is honest about houses and their condition, and is not afraid to tell you if he dont think a house is a good fit for what your wanting. At every single bump and hurdle he was right there to help me get over it. Helped in ways that I didnt even know was possible. I didnt just have an awesome realtor through my first time home buying. But I was blessed with a new friend and someone I can call a brother! Absolutely recommend him 1000%
He goes above and beyond a realtor’s duties
Brain is the MAN !
Brian was a Godsend during my wife and I’s searching and home buying process. He will work with you to find out what you like and dislike in homes, and help find you listings that match what you are looking for. He is very honest and a great springboard to bounce ideas or thoughts off of. If anyone is looking for a realtor that will work with you and show a genuine interest in you getting exactly what you are looking for, Brian is the best there is!
Just have to say how great of a time we have had with Brian Zimmerman as our buyers agent from start to finish! He never pressured us into getting something we weren’t interested in and he didn’t try to sell us a house that would not be worth our time. He eventually matched us with our perfect starter house and we literally couldn’t have found anything better... read more
