A quick post here, as landlord and selling a rental property the pain and the challenges is often organizing the property to get market ready. We originally purchased the property in 2012 and Brian was our agent. Photo here (sporting the flip phone). In April - 14 years later, we enlisted Brian and his team to sell the rental.
