Just wanted to thank Brian Williams and team for all the hard work they put into our new home. The team is professional, honest, and always follows through on their commitments (100% - before or after your move in). The homes were well designed with solid attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any type of home building or remodeling project.
Extremely poor quality work. He poured the basement and garage foundation. The garage is over one foot out of square with the front wall one foot longer than the back wall. The top of the foundation varies from 2 inches too high to two inches too low. I stopped him before he poured the floor. He hasn't been back to rectify the situation. He is not a home builder.
