If you want someone who doesn't care to meet your needs, lies to you when you have a claim and tells you all your medical bills are paid (only to find out months later a medical bill was never paid and went to collections) and never cares to return a phone call, then state farm is a really good place to throw your money. Dissapointed on the honesty and integrity, proffesionalism, and the lack of care. What good is an agent if they can't fix a problem. Dropped, after me and my family had State farm for over 30 years, due to a check for hail damage that they wrote up as a claim and didn't find any damages. Pathetic
