Great Service Brian Ward Appraisal met or exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and inexpensive. The appraisal I received really seems to be top notch and much better than the one I got when I refinanced.
Professional Service I can't say enough about Brian. I am definitely high maintenance when it comes to this stuff and Brian always was professional and answered the phone or called back right away. Brian arrived on time and delivered the appraisal quickly. I am not sure exactly what an appraisal is supposed to look like, but the 23 page (or so) report I received has a lot of detail and the analysis makes a lot of sense.
