My furnace stopped working. It was exactly the same issue I had two years ago that had supposedly been fixed by a different company. Brian came and spent hours tracing the problem. He did fix the issue, it needed a few new parts, but also explained the exhaust and intake pipes were literally rotting away. He showed me they were falling apart in pieces! We had a sudden leak in our old water heater and Brian got back to me right away and got it replaced and upgraded that week before we had guests come up the following weekend. He can be a little hard to reach by phone but if you leave a message he will get back to you and complete the work you need done promptly. He was also very easy to talk to and informative.
Excellent team excellent service super quick super clean in and out these guys know what they're about!
If you want to pay more for plumbing go with someone else. If you want to be charged a fair price and have professional and courteous service go with Brian Walsh. You will not find a more professional plumber in the area!
