Saved my husband's life. The absolute best heart valve tavr surgeon.
Dr. Hummel replaced my severely stenotic aortic valve in 2017. I was not eligible for the TAVR and had the minimally invasive replacement. I can’t say enough great things about this skilled surgeon and his team. From the first consultation to my discharge, the professional care I received was top notch. Dr. Hummel successfully performed my TAVR procedure a few months ago and I can't say enough good things about the procedure and the skill of this surgeon. Receiving a new aortic valve which looked like a daunting problem before this procedure evolved ended up more like a routine catheterization in the hands of Dr. Hummel. His confidence and skill were evident in every aspect of my operation. I feel truly blessed to have been his patient and having access to Health Park hospital.
I had emergency surgery to replace my aortic value. Everything went well, Dr. Hummel was wonderful and I am doing very well. Feel like a new person with lots of energy.
