I was treated with kindness and compassion from the front desk to the nurse and finally Dr. van der Linden. So kind. The doctor spent lots of time with me. Very good experience.
Everyone there was so nice and professional, Dr. Vanderlinden was amazing. He seemed to genuinely care about What was going on with me and is so very knowledgeable
When I called a week prior to my appointment, I was told that my appointment would be a consultation. However, when I arrived at my appointment..I was told that I needed to do blood work. For some odd reason, the physician never did receive any of my scans or notes from my LewisGale provider. So I had to pull them up on my phone. I felt like my opinion didn’t matter and that I was also told that “it could just be constipation or a previous stomach bug”. The blood work isn’t done this office. He took the time to answer all my questions about my condition. Offered advice to help me handle the issues associated with my ongoing condition!
He was a little over booked and I did wait in the doctors room for 45 min so if that wasn’t a thing it might even be better. But he’s very nice and informative and took time to discuss in detail all my concerns. Don’t retire!
