This appointment was an “after hospitalization follow up” and I had so many questions that the hospital doctor never answered. First, when my husband & I walked in, Vickie greeted us by name, like old friends. She also helped me with completing the NEW appointment check-in on the latest tablet. Awesome job, Vickie!! It wasn’t a moment or 2 after finishing that and I was called back.
