Brian and Rashelle Tolan, and the entire Tolan agency, provided me a first class level of service while I was pricing homeowners and auto insurance, as well as a personal liability umbrella required for my solar panels. Being an independent agency and having access to various lines of insurance was a big plus for me, as having a tier 2 solar panel system makes shopping for homeowners insurance a little more challenging. My home insurance premium went up this year at an unbelievable rate. Even after I raised the deductible to a dangerous level, the increase was still too painful to accept.
