I cannot say enough positive thing about Dr Lai and his staff member Dasha. From the first moment I spoke with Dasha, I realized she was listening, understanding my issue. When Dr Lai entered he already had an overview of my issue. Because of Dasha's preparation, the time spent with Dr Lai, was so professional. He is a brilliant doctor.
Dr. Lai took the time to hear my concerns, address what he could, and give me next steps for my medical health. It turns out he is out of my network, but if I could see him again I definitely would. Highly recommend.
