My husband was happy with the doctor but the office staff is absolutely awful! No return calls, messed-up billing and refuse to call us back.
I've been a patient of Dr. Doyle since I moved to the area in spring 2020 -- right at the beginning of COVID. I've lived in 8 different cities and so had many family physicians; Dr. Doyle is among the best I've had. On a couple of occasions, I called the office experiencing sudden severe if not excruciating pain and they managed to get me in that day. Dr. Doyle has been my primary doctor for nearly seven years now. I’ve always found him to be incredibly knowledgeable about health issues I’ve dealt with. He’s worked with me to craft a routine and a pharmaceutical regimen that allows me to take good care of my body. His “bedside manner” is great and his staff are very responsive. If you’re looking for a good primary doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Brian Doyle and Edgewater Family Health.
