Amazing service from the front desk, to the nurses and the doctors, it is hard to find a doctor who listens to you and answers all your questions, well I found one here.
Dr Benjamin is the best doctor
I am a nurse practitioner who tried to reach Dr. Benjamin’s office to follow up on a mutual patient and communicate important clinical information. I tried three times throughout the day to reach the nurse/physician line with no answer and no voicemail set up to request a callback. Spoke with front desk staff who either transferred me back to nurse line which went unanswered or put me on hold for more than 12 min while I asked to speak with a supervisor.
