This review is way overdue for Dr. Su and his amazing team, his PA Connor and MA Bruno. I’m 6 months post L5-S1 fusion surgery and let me tell you, Dr. Su saved my life. I suffered from degenerative disk disease for about 7 months prior to meeting Dr. Su. My pain was unimaginable, 10/10. I am a neuroscientist and had a complex problem with my cervical spine. I consulted five highly regarded specialists who differed as to whether I needed surgery now and also what surgery should be done. Dr. Su’s clear, detailed explanation of the surgery stood out. Dr. Su did frontal spinal surgery on me to relieve horrible pain from a pinched nerve. He urged me to try other solutions before surgery, he is an excellent communicator and skillfully performed the surgery.
This is an addendum to a review I wrote the other day. I mistakenly wrote my accident was in 2010. It was actually in 2020. I just wanted to clarify so that anyone reading this would know my review is very current. Dr. Su was and is the best!
5 weeks after laproscopy and it is incredible. I sleep and can walk as long as I want. DR. SU is AMAZING. This man's hands are gifted. Ansmd a shout out to Dr Anne Cummings for the recommendation
Dr. Su is a professional, knowledgeable and highly trained surgeon. He preformed an ACDF of C6/C7 in March of 2020. I knew instantly upon meeting him he was the surgeon for my situation. My outcome has been beyond positive!!! I was not going to continue living in such debilitating pain so it seems fair to say that he kinda saved my life!!!! I knew as soon as I met Dr. Su that he was the right surgeon for me. He saw things in my imaging that no other orthopedist had seen. Equally impressive, he wanted to make sure that his plan for what he envisioned as a complicated surgery was the right one, and he sent my imaging off (with my permission, of course,) to several other top spinal surgeons around the country to get their opinions.
