It was awesome working with Brian. He was my agent for both a sale and a purchase. He was masterful in the market, yet so patient with me. When we were selling, he helped me increase the final offer received by staging the house instead of showing it vacant. In the end, we got $22k over asking price. When we were buying, he made himself available for same-day showings to help us secure what we wanted in the competitive market. Can't recommend him enough. 10 stars.
