The receptionist is rude and spiteful, refused to send over doctor notes for my pump supplies so I had to go without my insulin pump until I figured out how to take care of it. Brian Stevens himself isn't too bad though.
I am extremely happy I went to see Brian at his Lorain office. He and his entire staff is absolutely amazing !! He explained things in a way I understood! Started me on new meds and I already feel better!! Thank you so much!!
